Returns & Exchanges

To start a return, exchange or if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at lhbk@mitchellhooperstrongman.com. 

Returns
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags still on. Please submit a return request to lhbk@mitchellhooperstrongman.com prior to sending the item(s) back. Once the return is approved, the funds will return to the original payment card within 48hrs. Shipping will not be refunded.

*All additional costs related to sending item(s) back (shipping, duties, etc.) will be the customers responsibility.

*Refunds cannot be issued while goods are in transit. 

 

Exchanges
Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags still on. Please submit an exchange request to lhbk@mitchellhooperstrongman.com prior to sending the item(s) back. Once the item is accepted, a new item will ship within 72 hrs. 

*All additional costs related to sending item(s) back (shipping, duties, etc.) will be the customers responsibility.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
